From The Cooper's Choice independent bottling range comes an 11 year old Deanston single malt, which has been treated to a finishing period in a cask that previously held Amarone wine! The whisky was distilled in 2009, and eventually bottled in 2021, with an outturn of only 240 bottles.

Nose
Fruit Salad sweets, walnuts, a hint of red plum and tomato stem earthiness.
Palate
Juicy red grapes, dry oak, orange peel, brown sugar, raspberry, peach.
Finish
Blueberry bran muffins, banana bread, clove.
