The whisky spent a dozen years maturing, finishing with a stay in little oloroso sherry octaves, ramping up layers of citrus, walnuts, and sticky date sweetness. The distillery is officially undisclosed, though the nickname Farkness means we're not left completely in the dark here. A release of 109 bottles.
