This expression of Peatside (which is made with a secret recipe!) is 6 years old, and has been allowed a finishing period in a tiny, specially-coopered, 50 litre Moscatel sherry cask, producing only 83 bottles. Loads of smoke, loads of sherry - it's an intense one!

Lasting coal dust and nutty caramel. A hint of praline, too.
