Reviving the inherited tradition of bonding and blending by the Matt D'Arcy brand, here we have a 10 Year Old blended Irish whiskey. Skilfully combining grain with single malt whiskeys, the blend is then aged in Port casks – yummy indeed!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sugary jam, gentle wafts of citrus, and woody spice.
Palate
Gently malty, dried sugared fruits, pleasant spice, and rich jammy notes from the port cask.
Finish
Superbly rich with barley sugar maltiness, oak vanilla, and pepper.
