Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Charred oak and sweet bourbon barrel vanilla, hints of heather, blossom and honey

Palate: Delicate and floral, sweet notes of butterscotch, wafts of oaky char, chocolate and coffee.

Finish: Lingering with a pleasantly peppery, sweet, and spicy finish.

Peppery honey malt & grain.

Quite a pale colour. Clear sweet vanilla aroma with a honey pepper taste.
Nice easy after taste.
Bottled in the Mourne Dew Distillery
40 ABV.
