Originally sold as a distillery exclusive, this single malt from Dalwhinnie honours Elizabeth Stewart. Stewart was one of the first female operators in Scotch malt whisky distilling, and this single malt celebrates over 30 years of her working at the distillery. Matured in American white oak, limited to 7,500 bottles.
