Nose: Buttery oak, hay, grasses. Barley sweetness. Subtle peat, delicate.

Palate: Good body, cooked fruit, malmsey. A little lemon zest, calvados with vanilla cream, desiccated fruit.

Finish: Fresh, punchy, honey.
