An independent bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the lesser-spotted Dalmunach Distillery! This expression was given a finishing period in a Port cask, bringing a whole helping of red fruit notes to the table. It was eventually bottled in 2022 for The Cooper's Choice range, with only 600 bottles produced.

Nose
Juicy strawberry and dried cherry, with underlying nutty malt and subtly savoury oak.
Palate
Malty vanilla, strawberry bonbons, very slightly chocolatey.
Finish
Citrus oils and chewy raisins.
