A youthful but expressive Dalmunach finished for a very specific 51 months in three refill Pedro Ximenez hogsheads by bottler James Eadie. This small batch release shows rich sherry influence over a bright, modern Speyside malt.

Nose
Dark berry compote, raisin, cocoa and gentle spice.
Palate
Sweet sherry, black cherry, chocolate, roasted nuts and toffee.
Finish
Warming with dried fruit, cocoa powder and soft oak.
