Dalmunach single malt here, distilled in 2015 and aged for 8 years in an oloroso sherry butt before it was bottled at 47.5% ABV, non-chill filtered. This Speyside whisky was selected for the Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited range, with an outturn of just 1756 bottles.
Fresh and lively with green apples, ripe pears, and a delicate floral aroma. Caramel and subtle malt sweetness emerge, balanced by hints of citrus zest.
A creamy texture introduces notes of honeyed malt, more orchard fruits, and a touch of baking spice. Soft vanilla and toasted wood underneath.
Medium in length, with lingering notes of vanilla and dried fruit.
