Nose Roasted malt, soft stone fruits, and overripe orchard fruits open the way for trickles of honey, lemon and lime marmalade, and peppercorns.
Palate The zesty citrus from the nose carries through, joined by prunes, salted papaya, and toasted coconut, with waves of creamy oaken vanilla throughout.
Finish Toasted oak, vanilla, a smidge of dried chilli flake heat.
