Dalmunach 7 Year Old, Amontillado Sherry Hogshead (Blind Summit) 50cl Whisky

A seven-year-old Dalmunach from Blind Summit, distilled in September 2018 and matured entirely in Amontillado sherry wood. There’s a neat bit of cask work here: a portion of the whisky spent time in a tiny 30-litre Amontillado bloodtub before being married back into the main batch. It was bottled without chill-filtration or added colour at 55.4% ABV.
