Independent bottler Dràm Mòr presents this seven-year-old single malt from Dalmunach. Distilled in 2016, the whisky matured in a first-fill Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel, yielding a total of 254 bottles at a robust 58.4% ABV.
Layers of sweet vanilla, buttery oak, candied nuts, and pear drops, with a touch of herbal malt beneath.
Layers of buttery barley, honey, a touch of liquorice, with rounded notes of vanilla leading to a touch of peppery spice.
Peppercorns and ginger bring gentle warmth, cushioned by toasty vanilla.
