    Single Malt

Dalmunach 7 Year Old 2016 - Benchmark (Murray McDavid)

The Dalmunach distillery was built on the site of the old Imperial distillery in 2015, and here we have some of its early single malt, distilled in 2016 and independently bottled by Murray McDavid for the Benchmark collection. The whisky was initially matured in bourbon hogsheads before a generous two-year finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry barriques from Murray McDavid's cask partner, Ximénez-Spínola, in Jerez.
