Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

There is an initial zest that is swiftly subsumed by a surge of rich toffee.

    Palate

Toffee with sweet, crumbly, vanilla fudge subtly asserting itself. There are also concurrently tangy sweet flavours of both caramelised and candied orange peel. A rich, fruity, sweetness is also present. All set off by a modest taste of winter spice that leave a pleasing warmth in the mouth.

    Finish

A long finish, with a hint of spice and sweet citrus.

    Overall

A wonderfully balanced Dalmore with an equilibrium of flavours present.
