A signature Highland single malt and firm favourite from The Dalmore, this time in a big one-litre bottle. This 15-year-old expression showcases the distillery’s flair for sherried maturation, having aged in a trio of sherry casks – Matusalem, Apostoles, and Amoroso – all guided by the steady, legendary hand (and nose!) of master blender Richard Paterson.
