
An indie Dalmore, distilled in October 2004 and bottled 13 years later in April 2018. It was bottled by Ian Macleod for the Chieftan's range at 54.8% ABV with no added colours or chill-filtration, with an outturn of 313 bottles.
There's oodles of plummy richness, oily walnut, butterscotch and espresso coffee.
Dark, stewed fruits, cinnamon and brown sugar initially, with vanilla extract and diced almond-topped pastries emerging over time.
Lingering chocolatey elements remain.
