Distilled at Dailuaine in 2007, this single malt spent the next 14 years maturing in a single sherry butt, bringing rich layers of sweet spice and chocolate to the nutty malt at its core. The cask was opened by Hunter Laing in 2022, releasing 649 bottles to join the Old Malt Cask collection.
