A powerfully flavoursome single malt Scotch whisky here from the Dailuaine Distillery, which has been independently bottled up by Adelphi. This single cask whisky was distilled in 2007, and left to aged for 14 years. Following that, the whisky was bottled up at cask strength in 2021, with 573 bottles produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Roasted walnuts and dried fruit, with a savoury hint of smoked meats in the background.

Palate Salted butter on rye bread, more meaty malt with a touch of dry smoke, sherried sweetness just peeking through.

Finish Lasting peppery heat with a touch of cinnamon for company.
