Independently released by Alistair Walker as part of the Infrequent Flyers series, this single malt was distilled at Dailuaine in May 2008 and left to mature in a single refill hogshead. In 2021, after 13 years, the whisky was drawn from the cask producing a total of 250 bottles at a bold 56.6% ABV.
Dried orange, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutty malt.
Fruit scones and currant buns, resinous oak with boozy fruit and soft herbal undertones.
More herbs creep in with a touch of almond butter, baking spice, soaked sultanas, and green, peppery oak.
