From Adelphi's extensive range of independent bottlings comes a sherried Dailuaine single malt, distilled in 2007 and left to mature in an Oloroso sherry butt for 13 years. It was later bottled in 2020, producing 442 cask strength bottles.
Salted butter, grilled fruit, rum-soaked raisins and a helping of cask char.
Smoked meats with a honey glaze, plum, and cinnamon sweeties.
Lingering oaky spices and a touch of brown sugar.
