This Dailuaine single malt joins the Darkness range, after finishing its 12-year maturation in a custom-made palo cortado sherry octave. It boasts a brilliant balance of oily malt, sweet dried fruits, and savoury malt.
Fresh cinnamon swirls, buttery, flaky raisin pastries, and a touch of herbal honey.
A rich, oily palate with roasted malt, prunes, and sultanas supported by hints of drying herbs.
Buttered malt loaf wraps things up, the honey sweetness lingers alongside.
