Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Aromatic nutmeg and plenty of orchard fruit are joined by a subtle hint of toasted barley smokiness.
Palate
Crème brûlée and poached pears are at the core of the palate, with licks of heather honey and a spicy kick of pepper bringing depth
Finish
Garden herbs add some bittersweet qualities to the finish.
