This 12-year-old single malt is brought to us by the folks at indie bottler Fable Whisky. Distilled at Dailuaine in 2010, this single malt spent a dozen years maturing in a single hogshead, yielding a total of 308 bottles when it was opened in 2022. The charming label artwork by Hugo Cuellar depicts a scene from the Scottish folklore tale The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay, this would certainly be an ideal whisky for some storytelling 'round the fire.
