We're not sure exactly what sort of bird is featured on the label here, but it's our new favourite one whatever it is. Part of the Scotch & Tattoo range (hence the cool label) from Torsten Paul Whisky Co., which is part of The Single Cask family, hence it also says Family Series on the bottle. Clear as mud? Don't worry, let us hit you with the facts: It's 12 year old Dailuaine single malt matured in a first fill oloroso hogshead. Yes please.

Nose
Floral elements, white pepper, citrus, red fruits, chocolate, malt, oak.
Palate
Red berries, citrus, white pepper, nutty, honey, chocolate.
Finish
Medium-Long, citrus, red fruits, chocolate, malt, oak.
