Those folks at Fable sure know their stuff when it comes to selecting and bottling fine single malts! They've shown off their skills again here with this wonderful single cask bottling from Dailuaine, distilled in 2010 and matured for 11 years, until it was bottled in July 2021.
Hot cross buns, vanilla fudge, sweet poached fruit, rich malt.
Toasted nuts and crunchy apple balance sappy oak, floral honey, seeded bread, and cinnamon.
Herbal zest increases, a prickle of pepper, subtle menthol, and buttery vanilla.
