A UK exclusive single cask release from the Daftmill Distillery - very exciting stuff! This expression was distilled from Optic barley back in 2009 and left to age in an Oloroso sherry cask for 11 years, before being bottled up in 2020 at cask strength. Just 629 bottles were released.

Rounded red berry and milk chocolate notes, with a hints of maple syrup, spicy caraway and walnuts developing.
Ginger, toasted cinnamon and black pepper, tempered by sherried peels and honeyed cereal.
Final hints of good quality dark chocolate and rum-soaked raisin.
