Daftmill 2006 - Summer Batch Release
A 2006 vintage single malt from Daftmill in the Lowlands region - the distillery's second release! This expression, the Summer Batch Release, features whisky distilled back in 2006 and left to mature in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for almost 12 years, before being bottled at 46% ABV. 1,665 bottles were produced, so make sure you grab one if you're eager to find out how Daftmill's whisky tastes!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cherry and apple, with a light hint of walnut underneath the fresh fruit sweetness.
Palate
Layers of fresh vanilla and equally-fresh citrus, joined by almond and candle wax.
Finish
Toasted brioche and Nutella.
