Chapter 35 in the Whiskyland series from Decadent Drinks is a downright, outrageously delicious single malt from Daftmill. At the time of release, this single malt laid claim to being the first independent bottling of Daftmill and the oldest whisky ever bottled from the Lowland farm distillery! Distilled in 2006, the whisky matured in a first-fill sherry butt and a first-fill bourbon barrel until 2026, when the casks were married and reduced to a satisfying 53% ABV. A release of 368 bottles.
