Daftmill 15 Year Old Fife Strength (2026 Release) 70cl Whisky

Farming comes first at Daftmill, with distilling fitted around quieter spells in the agricultural calendar. For this 2026 Fife Strength release, Publican barley harvested on the family farm in August 2009 became spirit between November 2010 and January 2011. Seventeen first-fill bourbon barrels then looked after it for 15 years before bottling in June 2026 at a hearty 56.3% ABV. There are 3,294 bottles in the batch.
