Owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, the Daftmill distillery is based on the family farm, and only runs during its quiet midsummer and winter periods. As few as 100 casks can be produced some years, so its always exciting when a new release comes along! This single malt was drawn from a selection of 13 first fill bourbon casks, distilled in 2007 and matured until 2023, when it was bottled at a hearty 56.3% ABV.
