Jimmy Rack Tennessee Straight Cask Strength Rye Whiskey
A Tennessee straight rye whiskey from the folks at Daddy Rack! Distilled from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, the whiskey is aged for three years and six months in lightly toasted barrels before it's double-filtered through maple charcoal and bottled at cask strength.

Nose
Toasty notes of oak char and sawdust, roasted almonds, and buttered rye bread, with a touch of minerality nestling beneath.
Palate
Rich char, vibrant rye, more mineral character, with barky spice and peppercorns.
