Superb single cask Tennessee Whiskey from Daddy Rack, bottled in 2021. This particular bottling contains four year old whiskey produced from a mash bill of corn (80%), rye (10%), and malted barley (10%), matured in barrel no. 06, which yielded an outturn of 228 bottles.
Fresh peach and green apple lead, with prickles of pepper and orange zest.
Sweet vanilla, oaken caramel with jammy cherry, and dark chocolate.
Biscuity spice with notes of forest fruits, creamy grain, and oak char.
Well if you had the M of M 11yr Tennessee Bottle but felt it was too heavy on the oak tannins, this is it's younger brother, maybe sourced TDC but not Dickel
