Dà Mhìle Organic Single Malt Muscat Cask
Dà Mhìle presents its first-ever Muscat wine cask-matured whisky! The organic Welsh single malt was distilled in 2018 and filled into a single Muscat cask, where it slumbered soundly until bottling in 2025. A fantastically full-bodied dram, laden with intense notes of sweet dried fruit, tannic oak, and warming spice. A release of 280 bottles.

Nose
An intense sweet aroma of dried apricot, muscovado and oak with a touch of spice.
Palate
Initial hit of raisin, oak and wine cask tannins before the spice and warmth envelop your senses.
Finish
Warmth and spice stay with you until the end.
