This is the second single estate Irish whiskey release from the Curraghmore Estate. This whiskey is triple pot distilled from a mash bill of 47.5% malted barley, 47.5% dried barley, and 5% oats, and matured in a combo of oloroso European oak, lightly toasted new French oak, and bourbon casks. It boasts a silky, creamy profile, layered with notes of sweet sherried oak, candied fruit, toffee, and balanced spice.
