Single Malt
Scotland
1 Jan 2006

Indie bottler Wemyss Malts brings us this single cask single malt, distilled at Craigellachie in 2006. Matured in a hogshead, it was cracked open 15 years later, with a limited outturn of 229 bottles. Named 'The Bon Viveur', which might refer to a type of Scottish country dance, or a person who enjoys the finer things in life. Well, this whisky certainly has a spring in its step, expect candied citrus peel, and a touch of smoke.
