A wonderful addition to The Cooper's Choice independent bottling range. This single malt whisky from Craigellachie was initially matured in American oak, before a finishing period in a Banyuls dessert wine barrique – which probably influenced this expression's name, Fruit Basket! An outturn of 306 bottles was released from this single cask in 2021.
Sweet ripe peaches and fresh orchard fruits, with a touch of vanilla and toasted oak.
Bursting with juicy grape and raisin fruit cake character, cinnamon, and allspice with a malty depth.
Tangy oak with apple and pear crumble, and warming spice on the finish.
