9 year old single malt from Craigellachie single malt, drawn from a wine cask! This whisky was distilled back in 2008 and set aside to age until 2017, when Langside bottled it up for the Hepburn's Choice range with an outturn of 296 bottles. Nothing to do with Audrey Hepburn. We checked.
Waxy orange peels, raspberries, rock pools and dried cedar.
Honeydew melon, caramel, a suggestion of smoke breaking through the sweetness.
Juicy apple and pear. Vanilla-rich rum.
