Bourbon
An independently bottled Craigellachie single malt, matured in a bourbon hogshead for 9 years - from May 2008 to June 2017. This was bottled by Skene Whisky as part of the Cask Classics range.
Honeyed porridge, dried barley and a light touch of mineral-y smoke.
Rounded notes of red apple and vanilla, paired with intense pine.
Slightly spicy, with creamy vanilla notes continuing.
