Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Toasted teacakes with marmalade, gristy malt, wafts of meaty smoke and cumin.
Palate
Sweet and cake-y at first, but the smoke finds its way to the core of the palate to give it a savoury edge.
Finish
Green olive, coriander and soda bread.
