Craigellachie 7 Year Old 2013 - Single Cask Series (GreatDrams)
Matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, this cracking seven year old single malt from Craigellachie was distilled in 2007. Bottled up by the folks at GreatDrams for its Single Cask Series, who certainly know how to pick a great cask when they see one. Only 90 bottles were released from this cask.

Nose
Charred pineapple, tropical, meaty sherried oak.
Palate
Exotic fruit salad and stewed orchard fruits, oily oak, toasted almonds.
Finish
Soft, subtle smoke with more meatiness balancing biscuity sweetness.
