This lovely Craigellachie was distilled on 13 October 2011 (no doubt it enjoyed its trip through the distillery's worm tubs), before it spent the following seven years in a single cask. In April 2019, the single malt was bottled by The Single Cask at 59.7% ABV, with a limited outturn of 237 bottles.
Freshly baked blueberry muffins, vanilla sponge with cream and jam, and warming nutmeg.
Fresh malt, warm toasted sourdough and milk chocolate with melted brown sugar.
Cinnamon buns, more vanilla sponge cake and a touch of dry oak.
