Independently bottled and handsomely well-aged single malt from the Craigellachie distillery! This was matured for 22 years in a single sherry butt, from September 1995 to November 2017, before being bottled at 50% ABV with an outturn of 450 bottles.
Pear, raspberry and a subtle touch of roasted malt.
Key lime pie and Jaffa Cakes. A hint of cacao gives it some balancing dryness.
Peppered oak and more chocolatey elements.
