21 year old single malt from the Craigellachie distillery, left to age in a single Sherry butt from September 1995 to April 2017. 587 bottles were produced by Hunter Laing for their Old Malt Cask range.
Treacle tart, malt loaf and Mocha.
Apple peels and white grapes. Chocolate mousse and a touch of spiced rum.
Quite long, with stewed berries and a pinch of cardamom spiciness.
