Indie Craigellachie, aged for 20 years in a single Sherry butt! This comes to us via the Old Malt Cask range from Hunter Laing. It was distilled in September 1995 and matured until November 2015, when it was bottled at 50% ABV with an outturn of 360 bottles.
A whisky made for Christmas eve, this one! Oodles of cinnamon, clove, Sherry-soaked raisin and a little bit of extra thick double cream. Yum.
