Indie Craigellachie, bottled for the Connoisseurs Choice range by Gordon & MacPhail. This was distilled in 1997 and set aside to age until 2016, when it was bottled at 46% ABV.
Soft apricot and almond notes, with a mineral touch later on.
Earthy at points, but dominated by zesty citrus and rounded banana notes.
A touch of grapefruit peel lasts.
