One of a pair of Craigellachie single malt Scotch whiskies that we've independently bottled for our very own Single Cask Series! This one was aged in a bourbon hogshead from December 2006 to September 2018, and bottled at 62.1% ABV without any chill-filtration or addition colours.

Sponge cake with jam and cream, milky coffee and a touch of flint.

Palate

A slow build of baking spice and brown sugar, mixed with apricot and peach.

Finish

Lasting barley sugar, lemon peel and menthol.
