11 year old single malt distilled at Craigellachie, and independently bottled by your very favourite friends at Master of Malt! This one was aged in a bourbon hogshead from 2006 to 2018, and then bottled without chill-filtration or additional colouring at cask strength - a weighty 57.6% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Peppery malt balanced by green apple and tangerine. Slightly minty. Digestive biscuits and cut grass.
Palate
Still enjoyably grassy, though now with buttered scones and lemon peel.
Finish
Eucalyptus, peppercorn, quince and rye bread.
