An indie Craigellachie, matured in a single hogshead for 11 years. It was distilled up in Speyside in October 2006 and allowed to age until June 2018, when Càrn Mòr awoke the whisky from its slumber. 245 bottles were produced for the Celebration of the Cask range.
Honey, oak, toasted cereals and walnut.
Nutty brown bread with marmalade, butterscotch, a touch of tobacco leaf.
Continued vegetal notes, with sharp orange cutting through.
