Bourbon
Single malt from the Craigellachie distillery, aged in a single bourbon hogshead for 10 years. This was bottled by Valinch & Mallet for their Young Masters Edition range, with only 333 bottles produced.
Porridge oats, dried oak, cacao and mint.
Mineraly and crisp, with a touch of caramel giving it sweetness.
Dehydrated strawberry, orange peel and malted barley.
